Pedro Rosales was born and raised in Tela, Atlántida, Honduras, where he spent his early years before moving to New York City, USA, at the age of ten.

His life reflects the journey of many immigrants — a path filled with challenges, sacrifices, and decisions that tested his patience, resilience, and faith. Yet, Pedro never gave up. From a young age, he demonstrated an exceptional talent for business and a mindset rooted in abundance and possibility.

Learning the Ropes
Pedro entered the workforce at just 14 years old. Despite being far from home, he was determined to financially support his great-grandmother, the woman who lovingly raised him from six months old until he was ten.

His career began with small, humble jobs — working the night shift as a cleaner at a medical center, earning only $200 a week. A year later, he transitioned to work as an air conditioning and refrigeration technician alongside his mentor and close friend Victor, a 55-year-old man who became one of the most influential figures in Pedro’s adolescence. Victor instilled in him work ethic, discipline, and a sense of entrepreneurship that would shape the rest of his life.

Later, Pedro joined a stainless steel kitchen manufacturing plant where his brother worked. It was physically demanding labor — not easy for a 16-year-old — and it was there that he experienced his first taste of workplace adversity. Rather than being discouraged, he viewed it as another opportunity to learn responsibility, financial independence, and perseverance.
In 2004, Pedro made a bold move to Florida, seeking a fresh start. That same year, he began his sales career at U.S. Buildings as a telemarketer. His exceptional communication skills and innate sales talent quickly set him apart — within just three months, he was promoted to Senior Sales Executive.

After an unexpected car accident, Pedro relocated to New York, where he continued to rise in the corporate sales world. His impressive results earned him multiple awards, including two President’s Club Awards, a Pinnacle Award, and recognition as one of the Top 3 Sales Producers in the United States.
​
At 19, Pedro became a father — an experience that changed his perspective on life. Balancing marriage, parenthood, and a demanding corporate career wasn’t easy, but it inspired him to pursue entrepreneurship. His early ventures included a peer-to-peer lending business, a clothing and fragrance line, and a smartphone retail business.
Then came the 2006–2008 recession, a period that brought unexpected setbacks. Amid the economic uncertainty, Pedro decided to return to Honduras for one year — to reconnect with his roots, refresh his spirit, and prepare for what would become the next defining chapter of his professional life.
The Life of an Entrepreneur
Back in his hometown of Tela, Atlántida, Pedro began to explore his true calling — entrepreneurship. His drive and creativity opened doors to multiple ventures, including a beauty spa, partnerships with a major construction company, and several retail shops for clothing, cell phones, and fragrances.

Through relentless work and determination, he quickly became recognized as one of the fastest-growing young entrepreneurs in Honduras.
​
In 2011, Pedro returned to New York, this time not as an employee, but as a self-made business leader — driven by family commitments and the desire to expand his vision globally. He developed a drop-servicing business model, leveraging remote collaboration and outsourcing to scale multiple operations simultaneously.
​
Within just three years, Pedro became a stakeholder and business partner in more than 42 companies, spanning diverse industries such as import–export, accounting, retail, restaurants, and entertainment.

This experience not only broadened his business acumen but also inspired the foundation of CONSULTAR, where he could combine his passion for entrepreneurship, international trade, and strategic development to create a global platform for opportunity and growth.
